Our story began in Puebla, Mexico, and led us to Los Angeles in 1988 chasing the American dream. In 1996, we made Louisville our home, bringing with us generations of culinary tradition. In June 2002, Luna’s Mexican Rotisserie opened its doors with a mission: to share authentic Mexican flavors with the community. Every dish tells the story of our journey and dedication to true Mexican cuisine.
